My background shows over thirty years in the paper and packaging industry.  Twenty-five of my thirty years of paper and packaging industry experience were with a $50mm division of a Fortune 100 Company.  During this time, I made accomplishments in a variety of roles from Salesperson to Vice President of Sales & Operations.  Working in this environment over the course of many years has rewarded me with an invaluable network of contacts. It’s this network coupled with my industry experience that has given me my foundation here at Management Recruiters of Ottawa County and, I believe, sets me apart from my competition.  I have a thorough understanding of business and consequently have a much clearer perspective than my competition.  I have firsthand knowledge of the same challenges and opportunities my client’s face on a daily basis. 

My career at Management Recruiters of Ottawa County started in 2001 and has shown me that people appreciate my empathy, experience and respect for their responsibilities.  In this way, my business experience is invaluable to my ability to facilitate relationships in this very complex staffing industry.
