TEAM BIOSBRUCE BRADFORD-ROYLEBruce Bradford-Royle One of my approaches to recruitment is to actively listen. My candidates are not simply a product of a transaction. My work is someone’s career. Furthermore, I do not believe in hard selling. If I have to push, it is probably not a fit. To my clients, I am a great deal more than someone who sends resumes. My goal is to establish and maintain long-term partnerships. By acting as a direct extension of my client’s ability to find and attract the “best of the best”, I can achieve this goal. I build relationships by getting to know more than just a job description or resume. And, by putting the partnership before the placement, I am concerned more with what is in the best interest of those I represent and less about making a placement. |
